CGI fabricated a custom C-frame lifting device designed to support the safe removal and installation of the Dry-Surge head pulley assembly at Suncor’s Steepbank facility. The engineered device provided controlled lifting geometry and secure handling of the heavy pulley components during maintenance activities.
